Here's what to expect...

  • warm up: standing, planking and kneeling positions are all found here. we’ll warm up the spine, core and shoulders!
  • oblique: this series is quite dynamic and one of my favorite ways to engage the obliques. we’ll start with lateral extension to create an active stretch, then move to side planking for stabilization and contraction practice.
  • *lunge: this series is so much fun. a little punch, a little kick and a big smile.
  • leg: this super-slow and super-small single leg bridging series will have your lower half on FIRE.
  • *bridge: we are focusing on arms while lifting the heart rate for a cardio-centric series.
