Here's what to expect...

  • warm up: a little yummy yoga vibes to get you started
  • oblique series: single leg planking and side planking are techniques we’ll be working in this series. reminder to take alternatives when your body wants them, going full out for this entire series isn’t easy! be kind to you!
  • lunge series: love love love this lunge series but it’s super important that you don’t throw your chest backward when you circle your arms up! keep hinged forward the entire time in order to protect the lower back. 
  • leg series: this one will start with a big-time-butt-burn and then we’ll work the inner panel of the leg…careful, this move is sneaky. 😈
  • bridge series: if you got some gunk you need to get out, this is the one to do it in! go baby go, leave it on the mat. if you are pregnant, watch for alternatives!
  • switch sides, “I can do it”, big stretch, extra shoulder kisses.
