  • warm up: this seated warm up is designed to stretch the hamstrings, open the hips and help you connect to your physical self. 
  • *lunge series: this one is sassy and fun! we will be in a standing position, while practicing hip pops and clock taps. shake out the ankle if you find yourself gripping!
  • leg series: our leg series is here to help you open up the hips. stabilization meets mobility.
  • *oblique series: in this series we’ll be practicing upright (standing) obliques!
  • bridge: abs + cardio boost!
  • shoulder kisses to finish!
