  • *lunge series: free and flowy! this series will challenge your balance, drill weight transfers and fire the back side of the leg.
  • oblique / stability series: if you have been wanting to strengthen your side plank practice without straining your shoulders, this is a great series for you!
  • *cardio series: this is your chance to shake it all out, get the heart rate up and have some FUN.
  • *bridge: arm series - includes the tricep twist!
