  • *lunge: this lunge is SO POWERFUL. it has big warrior energy. whatever you are fighting off this week, channel it into this lunge.
  • leg + plank: you'll combine glute work with static plank holds. focused and to the point!
  • *bridge: another arm series for you! this one also incorporates cardio-centric moves to get your blood flowing.
  • shoulder kisses all around!
